Who We Are

Our Practice was founded in January 1998 by Keith Owen. He was soon joined by his son Mark Owen. The Practice has continued to grow steadily each year, predominantly through client recommendation, and took offices on Burghley Square in Peterborough city centre in 2001.

Keith retired in November 2008 after 30 years in the financial services industry, passing that wealth of knowledge onto Mark, who took over the helm. At the same time, we relocated to premises in Walton, just to the north of Peterborough, residing in one of Peterborough's oldest buildings, the old Walton Manor House (c.1100).

In 2011, Keith Williams Financial Wealth Management was invited to join the prestigious St. James's Place (formerly J. Rothschild Assurance). Using the distinctive St. James's Place Investment Management Approach and the extensive research and monitoring capabilities of independent consultants, we aim to give our clients a focused and actively managed investment proposition.

In 2017, the Practice restructured and moved to Deeping St James, the largest of the Deepings. The market town is on the north bank of the River Welland, where a market has been held since at least 1220. Deeping is the seventh lowest lying town in terms of height above sea level in England. Based around a now lost 12th-century Benedictine Priory which was destroyed during the Dissolution of the Monasteries, the stones from the priory were used to build various 17th-century buildings in the area. The village also has an 18th-century village lock-up, constructed on the site and with the materials from a 15th-century wayside cross, which is well worth a visit when coming to see us at the office.

We hope that you find the information on this website to be of interest and would welcome the opportunity to explore how we can work together to improve or enhance your financial situation and help you plan for your future.

The value of an investment with St. James's Place will be directly linked to the performance of the funds you select and the value can therefore go down as well as up, You may get back less than you invested.
